Join us for an extraordinary evening honoring two remarkable milestones. The Reverend Dr. Bishop Leroy Hawthorne and Pastor Herma Hawthorne are each celebrating their 70th birthday, and this formal celebration brings both together in one joyful occasion.
Pastor Herma serves as BTCGI's Associate Pastor and Director of Care Ministry, a calling she has fulfilled alongside her husband with extraordinary grace and dedication.
Theirs is a story woven together from the very beginning. They met as small children at Zion Basic School in Jamaica some sixty years ago, walking through Sunday school, primary school, and high school side by side. They married in 1979, raised five children, and have ministered together ever since. In Pastor Herma's own words: "destined to be married, destined to be parents, destined to be ministering together."
